A complete Tier 1 preliminary desk study — the same structure a geotechnical engineer would produce, with every rating and finding governed by explicit rules.
Tier 0 and 1 work from a single location, a site boundary or a linear route, with BGS 1:625,000 geology, assessing datasets within a search radius of 500m–2km of the site depending on data source (see the report's own methodology notes for each figure). Tier 2 and 3 add higher-resolution geology data at additional licensing costs.

Tier 0 and Tier 1 cost the same for a boundary or route as for a single location, for any site up to 100 ha and no more than 3 km end to end. For anything larger, split it into separate reports or contact Magnum GSI about a custom report.
Every hazard is rated across the whole site, and distances are measured from its boundary rather than a single point. Routes carry chainage on the figures and tables, starting from Ch 0+000 or a start chainage you give.
England, Wales and Scotland use different data sources, planning policy and regulatory definitions, so a report covers one country. If your site crosses a border, order a report for each part; for a route you can set the second report's start chainage to carry on from the first.
